sex & Sexuality educator

about me | my lens

Before learning from any individual, it’s important to understand their perspective and the lens with which they view the world. Every piece of my history deeply informs my philosophy and style as an educator, and I believe that full transparency of self is necessary in order to create transformative work.

I am a 29 year old queer woman in Cleveland, Ohio, on land that was stolen from the Kaskaskia people. I am neurodivergent and suffer from chronic and lifelong depression, anxiety, and C-PTSD. I am in a committed polyandrous V; which, for me, means I have two cis male nesting partners. We are lower-middle socioeconomic class humans with white privilege and ancestry. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Musical Theatre, and I’ve since dissolved my commitment to the theatre industry due to racial injustices, transmiphia / transphobia, dangerous mental health ideations, and corrupt childhood educational systems.

Currently, I am working towards AASECT certification to become a Sex Educator through ISEE, the Institute of Sexuality Education and Enlightenment. I have also obtained a post-baccalaureate degree in Cannabis Therapeutics and Dispensary Practices from Maryland University of Integrative Health Studies in 2023 to further my knowledge of how the endocannabinoid system in humans could be the key to medical advancements in Alzheimer’s, Cancer, and psychiatric disorders.

I acknowledge the place of privilege necessary to obtain higher education, and I hope to spread knowledge and resources in a way that does not lend itself to the oppression, white supremacy, and patriarchy that is deeply woven into the fabric of private universities. I commit to making my future educational resources accessible, affordable, and inclusive to all communities.
